CHISTOV The data-measuring system of computer microscopy based on expert estimations is developed to increase the authenticity of the medical solutions adopted with conducting of cytological diagnostics. The analysis of the basic problems, connected with the scarcity of the highly skilled personnel and the high subjectivism in cytological diagnostics is given in the article. System contains the mechanism of the support of decision making for the doctor- cytologist in the complex diagnostic cases. The structure of system and the composition of subsystems, and basic functional possibilities are represented as well.
