ABRAMOV The model of means dynamics for complex system modelling is discussed. The classical model of means dynamics is complemented by the stream of events, filling up quantities of states from outside, and also complemented by streams of events, going out from the model and reducing quantities of states. It is shown that there is conditions for the stationary mode in the model. It is shown that for any value of the entering stream and intensities of going out streams the system of linear algebraic equations of the stationary mode of the model has a decision, besides the unique one. There is placed a decision example of differential equations of means dynamics for the examined model, which confirms the analytically well-proven conclusions.
