RODICHEV In article models methods and algorithms of management by process of liquidation of extreme situations at the industrial enterprises are developed. The generated software allows to construct system of rational management of the given process, focused on introduction as a part of information systems of the Ministry of Emergency Measures objective level. Application of the developed models and methods is illustrated by an example. The considered software has been used at perfection of the automated control system by productions on Open Society “Transmash?.
