The functionality and architecture of the complex AT-TECHNOLOGY are resulted. Implementation details of building process of intellectual support of integrated expert systems are considered. General description of web-based version of instrumental complex is given. Prospects for the development of the complex AT-TECHNOLOGY for building dynamic integrated expert systems are described.
