The article gives a description for the optimal control procedure of air regeneration process in hermetically closed space. The procedure is based on successive consideration of ideal, normal and extreme conditions of biotechnical systems. For each of them the task of optimal control is formulated and solution algorithm is proposed. The advan-tage of proposed procedure is constant keeping of specified gas composition in air environment in hermetically closed space with quite effective using the regeneration equipment resources.
