The article presents a new device for dielectric materials quality control. This device determines oil moisture content for any types of oil products with high accuracy. Distinctive feature of the suggested measuring device is practically full complementary error compensation, caused by the type of oil product. Theoretical analysis is carried out to reveal dependency between measuring results and oil product types. The analysis result is following: the oil type error influence is decreased a hundredfold as compared with classic measuring scheme.
