Analysis of Errors That Occur in the Technological Process of Bringing Small Arms Products to Normal Combat
V.A. AFANASYEV, G.V. MILOVZOROV, A.L. GALIEV

The article examines the errors that arise in the technological process of bringing small arms products to normal combat in accordance
with the Instructions on shooting. The technological process of bringing small arms products to normal combat according to the methodology
of the Manuals on small arms is part of the technological process of manufacturing small arms products and is an operation of the
technological process for the general assembly of products. In this technological process, the controlled value is the accuracy of shooting.
According to the accuracy of shooting, the acceptance of fi nished small arms products takes place, therefore, the study of shooting accuracy,
and as a result, accuracy adjustment is an important stage of the technological process, and is also critically important to achieve accurate
shooting results. The technological process of bringing small arms products to normal combat includes the following stages: assembly and
cold alignment of weapons; installation of weapons on the machine; after installation on the machine, the production of a shot; registration of
primary parameters of weapons.
During the technological process, errors in precision and accuracy of shooting occur at each of these stages. Based on the results of the
analysis of criteria for evaluating the precision and accuracy of shooting and errors introduced as a result of control, conclusions are drawn
about the need to use a reusable technological process to bring small arms to normal combat. The article proposes actions to eliminate the
infl uence of errors, and establishes ways to increase the effi ciency of the technological process of bringing small arms products to normal
combat.
Keywords: analysis, control, measurement, error, precision, accuracy.
