In modern industry, automation of warehouse operations plays a key role in optimizing production processes. In this context, the development
of unmanned forklifts is becoming an increasingly popular task. This paper presents the implementation of a new approach to navigation of an
autonomous mobile robotic loader using navigation using ceiling optical marks and fl oor markings. To ensure safety, a heading camera is used to
recognize people and obstacles in the path of the mobile robot. The software and hardware complex developed as part of this research can improve the
accuracy and reliability of positioning, navigation and orientation of unmanned forklifts, minimizing the risk of collisions and emergency situations.
The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed navigation system and its potential for practical application in industrial settings.
