The models and algorithms of pattern recognition using network information technologies in the structures of information-measuring and
control systems, in which multispectral optoelectronic systems are quite often used, are considered. The effectiveness of the implementation
of the processes of observing objects is analyzed with an assessment of the accuracy of measurements at specifi ed values of the probability of
detection or the probability of correct detection with a certain accuracy of measuring the coordinates of the controlled object. Deterministic,
probabilistic, logical and combined features of the observed objects are presented and evaluated. The possibility of reducing the probability of
pattern recognition error in conditions of organized and natural interference is shown.
