SAFINA On a direct problem of cross-section fluctuations of the pipeline influence of parametres of its elastic fastenings on a spectrum of frequencies of fluctuations is investigated. On a return problem of diagnosing the method of preservation of the set safe range of frequencies of the fluctuations is offered, based on necessary changes in factors relative жесткостей on a bend of springs with which it is elastic the pipeline ends are fixed.
