General Methodology for Developing Criteria for the Degree of Controllability |

In this paper, the systematization of the methodology for studying the criteria for the degree of controllability of various dynamic systems is carried out. The classical concepts of controllability of linear and nonlinear systems are given, and a number of criteria for checking the condition of controllability of dynamic systems are presented. The most popular criteria for the degree of controllability of linear systems are considered. New results of developing criteria for the degree of controllability of state variables, a criterion for the degree of controllability by system output, and a criterion for the degree of controllability for the SDC-representation of the system are presented. The prospects for the development and use of criteria for the degree of controllability in various fields have been studied.
