KLIMOV, D.V. TIKHOMIROVA, O.E. MAKSIMENKO The article discusses the composition of web services based on their semantic descriptions given using the OWL-S language. A mathematical model of processes is introduced, the task of searching and composing Web services is set. However, there is a problem of searching with borrowed words. Especially a lot of new terms have come into the Russian language from English., for example, in the field of information technology. English words turn into the root of a new word, overgrown with Russian prefixes, suffixes and endings. The English word itself is often written and pronounced as it is heard, the concept of transliteration is not applicable here. To identify the patterns of phonetic transmission of words, there is a concept of practical transcription, which takes into account the pronunciation and audibility of individual combinations of sounds. This article discusses the possibility of improving the system by introducing an algorithm for searching for foreign lemmas for borrowed Russian words.
