A Modern Service for Managing Bitrix24 Business as Part of Implementing a CRM Strategy |

The issue of introducing a specialized hardware-software complex or system for business automation, which has the ability to fully or partially perform routine operations and business tasks, is considered. The main result of automation is the release of human resources and increasing the efficiency of the organization. The following issues are considered in the framework of this article: a definition of automation of business management is given, its pros and cons are evaluated; consider modern services for business management; compiles a general overview of the Bitrix24 system and its tools; what CRM is considered and its implementation in the Bitrix24 system is investigated, conclusions are drawn. For example, a sales funnel is considered an important tool for CRM systems – a model that describes the customer’s path from the first acquaintance with the product to the transaction, which allows you to find the sales stages at which any problems arise and eliminate them.
