The analysis of this effect for the prototype of the small spacecraft "Aist". The features of the influence structure using the apparatus of fuzzy logic are revealed. The causes of unsuccessful attempts to reduce the angular velocity of rotation of the prototype of the small spacecraft "Aist" using magnetic actuators are analyzed. The results can be used to assess the effect of on-board equipment operation on the measurement error of the components of the Earth’s magnetic field induction vector by magnetometers.
