Study of the spectra of diffuse reflection samples of white paper automated RGB colorimeter |

The paper an automated RGB colorimetric device with RGB led emitter and RGB three-element photodetecting element placed on the internal screen of the integrating sphere for measuring the diffuse reflection spectra of paper samples is presented. The spectra of diffuse reflection of white paper samples, where photo optical bleach and tinting additive is not used, as well as in the presence of them, are obtained. These spectra qualitatively reproduce all the features due to bleaching and toning of the original pulp mass. Photooptic bleach forms a short-wave absorption band at λ ≤ 420 nm and gives a luminescent additive to the reflected radiation fl ux in the blue region of the spectrum λ = 430...480 nm. The tinting additive reduces the reflection coefficient in the middle region of the visible range at λ = 500...640 nm. A quantitative comparison of the brightness parameter B determined from the R(λ) spectra on the RGB colorimeter was experimentally determined. The interpolation error, which does not exceed δB ≤ 1 %, which meets the requirements of production control for technological cycles of toning and photooptic bleaching was calculated.
