On the Issue of Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements in the Food Industry |

In food Analytics and in present time the problem of ensuring the uniformity of measurements has not been resolved so far. As part of the implementation of the provisions and requirements of the Federal law "On ensuring the unity of measurements" the basic principles of construction of the system of ensuring the unity of measurements are considered and the methodology of solving this problem is shown. In this direction, specific universal measurement techniques (MI) have been proposed, which establish procedures for isolating and measuring the mass content of water, ash, and ferro-impurities in food raw materials, intermediate products, and samples of finished products. The results of metrological studies developed by MI, obtained under conditions of repeatability and intermediate precision of measurement results for certification in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.563, are summarized. Recommendations are given for further practical use of new universal MI.
