Analysis of the model of information support of processes and systems in the implementation of multi-agent intelligent interaction

The article presents the authors’ views on the organization of a modern cyber security system. The tasks assigned to the cyberspace monitoring and intelligence subsystem as a source of preemptive hardware and software actions on the opposing side are considered. The shortcomings of the existing structures of such subsystems are analyzed and the requirements for an intelligent automated cybersecurity system are clarified. The authors proposed hardware and software solutions based on the development of a mobile robotic system for auditing the stability of network infrastructure and applications to existing and prospective cyber threats. A variant of the functional scheme of a robotic system with a universal body and a set of mechanical drives depending on the characteristics of the tasks to be solved is presented. To ensure high functional flexibility and speed of the robotic system, it is proposed to use fuzzy neural networks. The combination of two independent theories – neural networks and fuzzy logic – made it possible to create neural-fuzzy systems with a high level of intelligence and independence in decision making. It is noted that the advantage of the hybrid neuron-fuzzy technology of modeling and processing information is the ability to view the generated rules and give them meaningful linguistic interpretation. A reasonable conclusion was made that the main purpose of the ongoing changes in the concepts of creating and using artificial intelligence tools is a transition from individual systems to distributed information processing and the development of multi-agent intelligent systems.
