GROMOV, I.N. ISHCHUK, A.N. POTAPOV The article considers problems of classification of confl ict training preparation (TP) operators ergo technical radio-electronic means (RECs). On the basis of consideration of the subject-oriented level of the system model of the organization of TP of operators of RES the formalized representation and classification of the conflicts is executed. It is shown that the presented formalized classification of possible conflicts of the subject-oriented level of the organization of TP of operators of RES is a consequence of a number of the applied problems characterizing its problem-oriented level. The solution to these problems contributes to the resolution of the confl icts considered. It is considered that currently presented conflicts are not taken into account in the TP of RES operators, which sometimes leads initially to the formation of incorrect curricula. At the same time, the reason for the discrepancy between the estimates of the levels of training of operators on simulators and standard equipment (PCS) is nothing but the presence of unaccounted skills, which are sometimes harmful, although perceived as necessary. The main factor in the presence of these skills is the inadequacy of simulators in relation to PCS. Keywords: Confl ict, training, operator, radio-electronic means, model, ergo technical, skills.
