VOLOBUEV In the article the method of parametric synthesis of the duplicated system subject to occurrence of gradual failures is developed. Signals in the channels of such a system are described by a random Markov process additive mixture of the input signal, channel noise, as well as errors associated with irreversible changes in its parameters. The proposed analytical relations that allow to calculate the dependence of the optimal threshold in the final rule, according to which determine the fact of failure, and the probability of making the right decisions about the state of the system from the time of operation.
