Preventive monitoring of powerful electrical machines of power objects for maintenance on a real state |
O.V. KRYUKOV, A.V. SEREBRYAKOV
Features of monitoring of high-voltage electrical machines on the example of electric motors of electric driving gas-compressor units
at compressor stations of the main transport of gas and synchronous wind generators are presented. The statistics of technical condition and safety of functioning of electrical power objects on objects of PJSC Gazprom is offered. The operational factors influencing on reliability of stator isolation of windings of high-voltage electrical machines are considered. Hardware, methodological and algorithmic means of expeditious monitoring of technical condition and forecasting of trouble-free operation of synchronous machines are presented. It is shown that introduction of modern and reliable monitors of technical condition of units and the authentic forecast of their resource allows to cut considerably operational costs, to provide high rates of resource-saving and to increase safety and fail-safety of work in the normal modes, and also in general to carry out transition to maintenance and repair on actual state of electrical power objects.
Keywords: monitoring, the high-voltage electrical machine, the driving synchronous electric motor, operational factors of reliability, the gas-compressor unit, service on a real state.
