Tools for automated monitoring of the characteristics of potentiometer angle sensors |

The article considers the problem of automation of the process of measuring the main operational characteristics of the rotation angle sensors based on resistive single- and multi-turn wire potentiometers. The use of a number of automated installations is proposed that allow to control the electrical parameters of potentiometers during their manufacturing and testing. The units are designed to measure the impedance, the magnitude of the working angle and the deviation of the functional dependence of potentiometers and the monitoring of continuity of contact. The main technical characteristics of plants, their composition and operating principle are given. The plants differ in the flexibility of setting the equipment to the requirements of the test as compared with the use of standard measuring instruments. Application software allows you to visualize the functional characteristics of the potentiometer. The use of plants makes it possible to reduce the laboriousness of the process of monitoring the electrical parameters of potentiometers and increase their reliability.
