Simulation modeling and analysis of technological processes by Petri nets |

The paper considers the problems of technological processes formalization and their comparison with the use of Petri nets apparatus, which allows to obtain information about the structure and dynamic behavior of the simulated system. Formalized description of functioning of Petri net and the process of transition from the block diagram of the algorithm of technological process to its model by replacing the corresponding operators are considered. The problem of determining the structural closeness of the processes as the problem of finding isomorphic graphs is solved on the basis of the bipartite network graph and the set of its invariants. The problem of construction of the reachability graph of a Petri net and the analysis of its structure by using an algebraic approach is considered. Paths of technological processes (chains of operations) are obtained by simulation modeling. They can be compared to determine equivalence of technological processes or subprocesses. Medical technological process of anti-asthmatic therapy is an example for demonstration of the offered formalized approach.
