DAVIDENKO Machine-building plants, mining companies, construction faced with the task of moving the lifting and transport of cargo units. Such devices are different kinds of hoists, hoists, winches, cranes, hoists, electric excavators and other machines in which as traction motors DC motors are widely used. When the move operation is necessary to weigh goods transported in order to control their weight, as well as to prevent overloading of lifting and transport equipment, and improve the safety of their work. The paper proposes a non-contact method of estimating the maximum permissible load mass values lifted (moved) handling machinery on the value of the magnetic field strength generated by a DC motor.
