Formal prerequisites of the optimization of the complex technical control of providing information protection from the leakage through the channels TEMPEST on the special-purpose informatization objects |

The basic theoretic postulate is formulated and proved in reference to the behavior of the function of the measures` effectiveness of the complex technical control (CTC) of providing information protection from the leakage through the channels of Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation Standard (TEMPEST) on the special-purpose informatization objects under the conditions of the control parameters` and threats of leakage parameters` consistency and under the traditional approach. The provision is considered as the prerequisite of the CTC optimization. The analytic expressions are taken for the definition of the CTC timing performances – the time of the control procedures` realization and their realization`s periodicity for the traditional approach to the CTC organization and for the control under the conditions of its optimization. Besides the analytic expression is given for the specification of the CTC procedures` realization`s timeliness.
