Automated system to improve the reliability and efficiency of test pulse burn-in electronic products |

Automated system for pulse burning-in is intended for testing resistors, sets of resistors when applying to them the test voltage in the range from 0 to 200V for at least 3 hours in the temperature range from 500 °C to 2500 °C. The system consists of a control rack for smooth adjustment and measurement of the test voltage and the two cameras of heat to obtain the desired temperature values. Automated system characterized by the presence of electronic switching of power circuits, the circuits of the lock in case of emergency or fault situations, the possibility of automatic shutdown of the test voltage after a time of training. Use microprocessor control unit allows to evenly distribute the load on the electric supply circuit to avoid damage to expensive test equipment. The limit of permissible relative error of measurement of the current values of the test voltage is not more than ±1 %. The duration of the impulse test voltage 50 MS, the repetition period of pulses of 1 s. the temperature Deviation from the set value in the useful volume of the chamber not more than ±30C. The control error of the set temperature ±10C.
