AGUPOV The problem of decrease in controllability of the spacecraft caused by increase in the moment of inertia of KA when carrying out active control of microaccelerations level at a stage of exploitation of spacecraft is considered. The additional fuel reserves necessary for accomplishment of a task of orbital orientation of spacecraft are estimated. Recommendations about decrease in influence of this phenomenon for effective operation of the navigation system and traffic control of spacecraft are made.
