Developed a method determining phase transitions in polymer materials. Chosen the method of linear heating the polymer sample. Developed The algorithm of automated research, implemented in the form of software and automated process control system controls the phase transformations in polymeric materials with electro-thermal processing. For polymer samples of different geometrical shapes and sizes were obtained by mutual influence the electrical parameters of the technological system to phase transformations in thermoplastics. All this is allowed creating technical and technological solutions for process control heat treatment of polymer materials in the field of high frequency, and created on the basis of the developed algorithm, automated electrothermics management system enables a qualitatively new level to produce technological drying processes, welding and thermostrengthening products from natural and synthetic polymer.
