DAVIDENKO DC motors are widely used in different areas: machine tools, transport, lifting and transportation devices. The article discusses the possibility of using the magnetic field generated by the DC motor as a diagnostic parameter when the number of tasks management and control. The magnetic field strength depends on the load on the motor shaft, allowing in magnitude of the magnetic field to rapidly determine the various parameters of the systems. For example, to determine the cutting force during machining on machine tools, the mass of the load lifted (moved) hoisting-and-transport device, the mass of the train when moving along the control track section and others Proposed measuring device based on fluxgate transducer, the scale of which is calibrated in units of the measured value. The device is simple and compact, and the measure does not require significant costs and are non-contact, non-Intrusive design and electrical circuit systems.
