ZHITNEV, E.A. TVERITINOVA, V.A. MATVEEV, M.A. BASARAB, R.A. ZAKHARYAN The process of formation of the residual atmosphere in vacuum devices with internal adhesive joints is considered. The comparative analysis of data for the gassing of various types of adhesives demonstrated the effectiveness of degassing the adhesive joints to reduce the specific rate of release of volatiles.
