The device for non-destructive the holography 3D-control |

The substantiation for the elaboration of the device for non-destructive holographic 3D control over the formation of the surface layer
metal structure, external and internal geometry of complex-shaped components with nano and micrometer range of accuracy of measurement
and their visualization is given in this article. It shows us the importance of the structural units of mechanical engineering by means of devices of nondestructive control of the new generation, the operation principle of these devices is based on the latest achievements in the area of the optical holography and diffractive optics. The article analyzes the functional characteristics of the of the profilograph operating in the optical frequency range of electromagnetic waves, of the passive control unit and roentgenprofilograph, the device of active control, which allows to fix the geometric parameters of micro-relief and geometry of the surface of a detail in the case of its processing, operating in the frequency range, which is referred to soft X-rays.
