Development of the remote optoelectronic switch of the direction of radiation in multimode optical fiber |

One of the main problems at creation of modern optical telecommunication systems is reduction of losses at switching input of optical radiation in multimode optical fiber of extensive optical networks. The analysis of structural creation of the existing optoelectronic switches of the direction of radiation as one of the elements used at creation of extensive optical networks is carried out, and it is specified as a shortcoming that the management of operation of this optoelectronic switch is possible only from the location. The design and the scheme of
management of the remote optoelectronic switch of the direction of radiation are developed and promote change of the direction of radiation
of the transmitted signal at distance, i.e. remotely by means of wireless mobile communication are allow to expand functionality. Besides, at using of the developed remote optoelectronic switch of loss on switching and input radiation in fiber of the optical communication line is 7–10 dB (that is 35–40% less than it is in known devices) and this assumes that the specified design can find an application in modern communication systems.
