Adaptive to changes in the database structure, the visualization of spatial data
S.L. BELYAKOV, M.L. BELYAKOVA, M.N. Savelyeva

The paper consider the problem of minimizing redundancy that occurs when visualization of spatial data. Redundancy has semantic character and appears in the visualization of spatial data for visual analysis by the user. The reason of redundancy is a continuous change
in the structure of the database network geoinformation services to map processes and events of the real world. Users of the service are not able to timely monitor the appearance of new objects and classes. This makes them in the visual analysis of the cartographic image to find such objects by cut-and-try method. The authors propose a mechanism to adapt to changes in the structure geospatial database. Basis
of the method is observation of utility of cartographic image. The usefulness is estimated intellectual procedure, analyzing the structure of the working area of the map. It is described a model of management by utility of cartographic image. As observed parameters of semantic redundancy is offered to use a direct assessment of the quality of the working area by the user, as well as the results of its «manual» changes in the structure of the image. It is allocated two categories of states in which the rules-production are built automatically to ensure adaptation.
It is described the formation algorithms of the rules in each case. We consider the problem of reliability of the generated rules-productions.
We offer a mechanism for validation, based on the evidence counters. We analyze the effectiveness of the proposed method of adaptation. We have formulated the necessary conditions for receiving a positive effect.
Keywords: geographic information systems, adaptation, expert systems, big data, knowledge extraction, spatial data.
