Approximation of density distribution of solid-state wave gyro resonator with respect to measured disbalance parameters |

Earlier the problem of unbalance parameters determination was studied and algorithms for hemispherical resonator gyro (HRG) balancing
with respect to the first three harmonics of mass inhomogeneity were proposed in the case of excitation of the second (elliptical) working
form of oscillations in the resonator. The generalization of these results to the case of excitation of oscillations of the third form is presented here, which allows us to define the parameters of the 4th harmonics of unbalance and increase the accuracy of evaluation of the 2nd and 3rd harmonics parameters. Approximation of the material density distribution function of the hemispherical shell is considered using the unbalance parameters measured at excitation with respect to the second and third vibration modes. This approximation gives the possibility to more effectively realize the process of balancing the mass on the resonator surface.
