Biharmonic spline interpolation in the tasks of reducing errors smart sensors of control systems |

The application of interpolations in smart sensors control systems is considered. Explore the concept of intelligent sensor in domestic and
foreign literature. The methods of linearization calibration curve used in smart sensors, and marked their weaknesses is described. An approach
to the use of spline-interpolation in the sensors of physical quantities, which allows to reduce the amount of computation, are proposed. It is to
divide the computing process into two stages: calibration and measurement, and the transfer of most of the calculations in the calibration phase.
The application of this approach to compensate for the temperature sensor error. Described by a block diagram of a pressure sensor with temperature
compensation error. We propose a method adapted biharmonic spline-interpolation for effective use in the calibration process and measuring
the pressure in the solution of problems of reduction of errors intelligent sensors. Represented by interpolation of the same two-dimensional
data conversion function sensor using polynomial interpolation and biharmonic spline-interpolation. The effectiveness of the proposed method,
which provides the solution of problems of reduction of errors from destabilizing factors intelligent sensors is shown.
