Experience in using the monitoring system based on Q-Flex type servo accelerometers for building structures |

Experience in using the monitoring system for building structures, which is based on relatively inexpensive Q-Flex type servo accelerometers,
is discussed in the article. Among other things, monitoring system based on bubble tube type inclinometers is described. Spectrums
and angular drifts for a various building structures are shown. All data is obtained at different time periods in Russia and South Korea. Methods
of discrepancies determination between structures of new buildings and its project documentation is discussed, as well as determination
of a building structure wear and corruption. The possibility of elastic and non-elastic strains determination for railway bridges as a result of
a train movement is discussed. The possibility of resonances determination inadmissible for building structures is shown.
