ZMEEV The article discusses the features of solving the problem of automated control of user access to information in a computer system management tasks as its computing resources. Substantiates the frequency and volume access control procedures as factors improving the protection of information from unauthorized access to these systems. Formulate meaningful and formal statement of the problem management automated control user access to information in computer systems as a task allocation of the total resources for their functioning for their intended purpose, some part, defined as a reliable resource of difference, and using this resource in order to protect the information from non-authorized access. Analyzes existing approaches to solving analogous problems and justified method based on the optimization of the functional life of a computer system.
