ZRUMOV (E-mail: doren@bk.ru) In given clause the method of quality surveillance of a plastic bottle till her two-dimensional to the digital image received with the help of optical system without a lens and several photo diodes is offered. The piece - linear grid of levels of brightness which is used is under construction by association of uniform levels by the given rule. Use of a piece - linear grid stabilized width of a zone of division of classes, and also has made to linear change of border of a class from detailed elaboration in a zone of the small sanction. It reduces an error of the control and simplifies optical - electronic system. In job it is offered to use overlapped zones of sensitivity both on geometry, and on brightness.
