Technological control method
of the explosion energy output
in an array destructible |

One of the negative effects in the breaking of ores and rocks of downhole is outpacing a breakthrough in the atmosphere of
significant part of the detonation products, which significantly reduces the efficiency of energy use of the explosion. Existing
methods to overcome this drawback of technology allow to reduce unproductive loss of energy of the explosion, but do not provide
a fundamental solution to the problem. The method of controlling the distribution in time of the explosion energy is based
on the intentional increase in resistance to movement of the detonation products through the use of explosive energy of additional
charges. The time of initiation of these charge is consistent with the length of the main charge and speed of detonation so that the
conversion products of the main explosive charge wellhead reached only after fully closed by shifting the upper blasted rock massif.
Therefore, the distance between the main and auxiliary bore should be within the interval between the radii of the discharge
funnel and of the deformation zone. Industrial tests of the method control the output of the explosion energy destructible in the
array shown its effectiveness: the specific consumption of explosives dropped by 15%, the yield fell oversize by 1.2 times the
steady decrease in the average diameter of a piece in repulsed ore mass.
