The concept threshold-switch sensor –
a new approach to building
and metrology measuring converters |

The article considers the problem to improve metrological reliability of primary measuring enforcement transducers of physical
quantities. Asked to solve the problem of the concept and, at the level of the new methodology, the fundamental position which
is to refuse use as a physical carrier of the measuring information of the operating current of the primary Converter and use as
such threshold potential inclusion in the open state of bistable semiconductor touch structures with S-shaped volt-ampere characteristics,
i.e. touch-S-negatron. It is shown that this approach allows to practically exclude self heating of primary converters and
improve the quality of physical measurements. The starting positions of the proposed methodology are presented in the form of
abstracts and summarized into a single concept threshold-switch sensory – TSS concept. The principle of building on the basis of
the concept of precision digital thermometer with unique properties: thermal reiniciando, caused by sperminator implementation
of S-termosensor; increased sensitivity at high noise immunity, training slavinoj threshold switching operating mode; linearity
output calibration characteristics; distance invariance when external design of termosensor; compact construction and circuit
simplification due to the exclusion of ADC and amplifying elements of the structure of the thermometer.
