MININ Yu.V. Development of access control and information flows security mathematical models in the modern information systems today is a one of the computer security theory actual problems . This problem arises as to the theoretical analysis of information systems security with the use of their formal models, and in protection mechanisms test that use procedures, methods and tools of automation and computer modeling. The presented role based access model to the information system of air traffic control components based of Petri nets is exposed of static and dynamic properties investigation, that allows to use that as a basis for software development. This model has a number of features that reflect the specifics of the functioning, the structure of employment relations information system of air traffic control (ATC) in real time. The developed model-based software will improve the information security of the ATC system and to simplify its administration.
