In the article the structure, composition, control algorithms, the automated control system cleaning cyclone. It is shown, that subject to achieving a direct goal - a satisfactory cleaning of the walls, the control system must be impulsive type: work vibrator should not be continuous. There is also the need to minimize the duty cycle and amplitude of vibration exciter. It is noted, that because of the “uncomfortable” conditions inside the cyclone directly measure layer thickness of deposits on its walls is impossible, so that it should be assessed by indirect parameters such as the natural frequency of the differential pressure across the cyclone inlet and cyclone outlet, a radioisotope or other contactless way.
