Two-component micromechanical gyroscope of compensation type |

In the paper was considered the influence on dynamic behaviors the springing element nonlinearity of the micromechanical gyroscope
mounted on the stationary base. A mathematical model of the oscillator was presented, which takes into account the springing
element nonlinearity. The factors affecting on the eigenfrequencies changes of the gyroscope were defined. The main requirements
demanded to the oscillator construction were presented. Having regard to the nonlinearity factors of the springing element and possible
reasons of the eigenfrequencies changes was designed the gyroscope construction and its analysis was carried out. Keywords: Micromechanical gyroscope, eigenfrequencies, elastic characteristic nonlinearity of the springing element, mathematical
