ASYLBEKOV In the given work it was investigated, the possibility of using neural network models to describe the patterns of digital systems and their several of the diagnostic models. The main results of these studies are: to show the possibility of various model descriptions of digital systems, according to the different representations of the object of diagnosis and steps of process involved in diagnosing, offered three diagnostic models that contain the necessary information for troubleshooting process at different levels of the hierarchy; rules are formulated to create diagnostic models; The possibility to represent the elements of digital systems by means of formal neurons possess a number of advantages (including H-fullness) compared with the threshold for the structural elements as well as on the elemental level.
